MINUTES
MONDAY, APRIL 19, 2010
The meeting was called to order at 6:22 p.m.
Present were Chair Drake Waldron, Councilors Marie Solani and Paul Samele, Corporation Counsel Ernestine Yuille Weaver, and Peter Testa of L. Wagner Associates
Peter Testa provided additional information proving financial hardship and need by the property owner. This was also supported by an email communication that had been previously sent to committee members from Elderly Services Director Nancy Hodkoski. A motion by Councilor Soliani seconded by Councilor Samele, to approve an emergency boiler replacement project #143-286 in the amount of $4,222.00 which had been tabled on April 6, 2010 was approved.
There being no other business upon a motion by Councilor Samele seconded by Councilor Soliani, the meeting adjourned at 6:26 p.m.
